If you are referring to "firmware" the latest is 4.0.0.15 on their download page...not sure about "hardware" version

FWIW, "Hw Rev: 3" is the only one I've ever seen in any photos. Not sure of more recent serial numbers (10000+).

How are you liking the GC2? Glad you changed?

Definitely. I could have kept my Skytrak and been perfectly happy, but the GC2 just takes sim play and practicing over the top. I can legitimately practice chipping indoors now, which is insane to me. That's the one particular area where the GC2 really sets itself apart in my opinion over the Skytrak. The short pitches and chips are so accurate. The other thing that goes unmentioned is how much further the GC2 sits away from the ball compared to the Skytrak. It makes a big difference mentally. No matter the skill level, it's hard not to notice that box sitting there right on top of the ball. I'll always endorse the value of the Skytrak, but loving the GC2 even more.

Sounds awesome. Having the ability to make short chips is a big deal. I can carry as short as 2 yards with a chip and stop it by 3 or 4 yards with my PX5. If I try any shorter, it won't pick up the shot. And for those short chips I have to open up like a sand shot in order not to have a negative LA. GC2 seems to be the king for short chips.

It's definitely a really accurate tool. I'm glad I went that way as well.
