I looked today during my round at Banff and I have a handicap. 1 shot higher than my one in real golf. Kinda cool stats e6 keeps. If during a round click on the BIG E in the lower left hand corner, click the players icon on the right and choose more. There you can get your stats for the round and lifetime stats. For example, it keeps how many 0 putts, 1 putts, 2 puts etc, longest drive, green in reg, etc. I really like e6.

sorry dude - I intended to have that in my last message. I am on my 4th. However, I THINK you have to create an account online as well as in the game for it to keep the stats. However, I could be wrong. In any case I made an account online at their web site and in the game.
Ok , i registered last night. I'm looking forward to comparing the E6 handicap to my real Handicap. My gut feel is that based on the few rounds I've played on E6 my handicap will be the same
I just started playing sim rounds a few weeks ago so only have 8 rounds in but my sim handicap is much lower. It's 15 compared to 22 in real golf. I play 2 putt for everything outside of 4 feet so fairly honest there. The biggest differences I see are all my lies are flat and I have no sand to deal with hitting out of. That there is worth 7 strokes at least. I figure to get to single digits for a handicap in sim I'd need to start putting and making some in the 4-10 foot range. More often than not I'm not getting there in regulation so bogeys are pretty typical for me.
I fluctuate between 1-4 in real golf, not sure what that will be for E6. I suspect similar as the few rounds that I've played have been around even par.
To the above point it seems to wash out for me , some things are easier in Sim (lies , etc) and some things more difficult due to lack of depth perception.
The lack of depth perception is still tough for me for putting which is why I just tally up 2 putts but I now enjoy knowing I have a 30 yard shot without being able to visualize it. I find myself on the course wanting to shoot the distance from much shorter yardages because I'm getting a feel for what a 30, 40, 50 yard carry is.
