I currently have a 9.5 x 9.5 enclosure for Carl's with 1" EMT pipe holding it together. I have since moved my sim and can now go about 16' wide. I'd like to use the EMT I already have and just use connectors but will the 1" EMT be strong enough to hold that distance or will there be sag?

There maybe a little sag when you join both pipes together install a 3k wooden dowel where the join is this will help with sagging. I have a 15’ Bullseye Golf Enclosure. Youmight want to check out there Enclosures had mine for 2 years now screen and enclosure still look good. -
Mine is 14’ and zero sag. Extremely sturdy with 1”. I would be 100% confident expanding to 16’.Comment
