  • TGC - ProTee SDK not connected or not started

    I bought TGC for Skytrak last June 2019. Initially, I had problems getting it to run, and ProTee Support helped me get it up and running. Sometime in late summer or early fall, I was just too busy, so I didn't get to play it. About 2 weeks ago, I wanted to play it again, but I got the message, "SDK not connected or not started." I followed the instructions "How to take ownership and get full access to TGC files and folders", but this did not work. When I sent a request for support from ProTee regarding TGC, they told me to attempt to activate the license key, but I don't have the license key any longer. I have requested them to send me another one, but I have not received a new license key. Has any one else had this problem? Where do I find my license key? How long will it take ProTee to respond with another license key? This is very frustrating. It seems that the product software should work better. Do I need to play this every few days, so this doesn't happen again? Thank you for your responses. I feel like a wasted a ton of money on this product.

    After searching my old files, I was able to locate the license key. When I re-activated it, the game is now working again. Thank you.
