Best gimme/short game configuration for TGC

I'm playing on a Mevo+ and it's extremely accurate but obviously the short game isn't dialed in yet at all. I've got it set pretty decent with gimme ranges on putts but I'll.frequently get given 3 strokes from a short chip, like short side the green a bit and have a 25 foot chip and it gives me auto +3

Anyone care to share their configurations so I can play a quick.game without getting penalized for stupid stuff like this?

I have noticed this as well and it is really annoying

You can't really blame the software for adherence to normal par assumptions (strokes to green +2) for auto-finish.

E6 has a setting where each player just enters the number of putts once they're on the green - TGC may have something similar. Otherwise, you can set a gimmie distance and hit it close enough to one-putt.

Do you know if TGC does have that, specifically TGC2019? I wouldn't mind playing that way in TGC if I could sometimes...

Brettster never used the software, so I can't comment. No simulator in my area has it and most of our playing group is on FSX or E6.

I messed around with the settings a bit. Now I have anything inside 6 feet as +1 and anything on the green outside 6 feet as +2. I forget all the options and settings but you should be able to get rid of it giving you +3 when you have short chips.
