  • SDK Server Error when starting TGC

    Hi, I'm new to the forum and just purchased the ProTee 2.0 software. The ProTee interface, GSX, and ProTee Sim all seem to be working fine, but when I try to start TGC, I get an error that says "ProTee SDK not connected or not started. Please start the ProTee SDK to continue; or you may exit the game."

    I have tried downgrading my computer to Windows 8.1 and reinstalling (was trying with Win 10 initially since I saw that someone said it worked), but the same issue occurs. I believe I followed the directions thoroughly, but hopefully I'm just overlooking something...

    I've attached some screenshot images of the error, the TGC portal when I hit play (shows the SDK server is connected), and of the GSX portal.

    I figured I would try here before contacting ProTee.

    Good news! We read the forums too.

    We have seen it once or twice. This usually happens when the license system has not updated the key correctly.

    We can fix it quickly with a remote support if you are available.

      Thank you for the quick follow-up, however, I just logged on to post that I was able to resolve the issue

      I re-entered the activation code in TGC and it worked this time. The first two times I removed the spacing between lines when I copy/pasted the activation code. This time I just copy/pasted as-is.

      I got it working just in time to go out of town for the weekend... Atleast it will be ready to go next week.
