The install seems to be crashing the same place every time. It sits on "Extracting files from archive" for minutes on end. The rollback is successful, but something seems to be wrong with the installation process for me.

Anyone? The "Extracting files from archive" step has been running all night!!!! Still not done.

I don't know if this will help but in general I save the downloaded zip file to the desktop, extract it to the same place, and then make sure to run as administrator. Sometimes installers won't run right if they are saved in weird places or if you don't have administrator privileges.

Try downloading using a download manager such as DAP (http://www.speedbit.com/). The download probably stops half way for some reason. The file size is 1.6 Gb. Here is a link with a lot of them: http://www.techradar.com/news/softwa...anager-1328199

I got the direct link from ProTee United, but the binary is corrupt. Therefore Windows 10 will not let me open it. getting this error message: "The signature of this file is corrupt or invalid". Looks like the full file was downloaded.

Try using a "download manager". I used to have problems with long download times for the updates and when I tried using a freeware download manager all my downloads were very fast and error free.

You need to try to download again. There is nothing wrong with the binary. The file is downloaded and installed by new users multiple times per day.
We just downloaded it ourselves and installed it without any issues.

So I got the download finally (5th attempt finally worked), and I have to say WOW!!! What an improvement over the previous version. I have been playing JNPG exclusively for months now, but this update puts TGC back in the fold as I decide which way to go for long term. The sidespin fix was huge for me, as that is what make TGC basically unplayable for me.

I will be joining the TGC Tour and seeing how it goes. But very very happy with this update.
