    UK and Ireland courses

    Just a request for help putting together a course list for the UK and Ireland

    Many of our UK customers ask what courses are available in the UK and Ireland and it is almost impossible to keep up with the creation of new courses which grows on a daily basis.

    So if you have created a course based on a UK venue could you please let us know so we can include in our list.

    I haven't created any of these but these British Isles courses are in my favourites if you don't have them already listed:-

          Any idea if these courses are done with Lidar?

          If not Lidar, would you say that these are good/great RCR's?

            I think most of these were done or at least started before the LIDAR revolution. I have to admit I haven't managed to get through them all but all the big named ones are done really well (Wentworth, Sunningdale etc), the two latest releases Lahinch and Royal Portrush are amazing.
            Celtic Manor, Royal Porthcawl, St. Andrews, Castle Course and Belfry are very very good RCR's as I have played them IRL.

          Yep I missed a few as well, Dundonald Links Ayshire, Hindhead Golf Club Surrey, Prestwick Golf Club,The Belfry and one of my locals Royal Porthcawl. However I think Dave is after anyone who may have done their own local course that is not necessarily that well known.

              Last week I played Old Head, Dooks, Ballybunion, Lahinch, Tralee, Waterville and Doonbeg. I can say without a doubt Lahinch and Ballybunion are awesome in 2019 and the others that are there are garbage.

                On the back of the previous post on this particular thread, which was 6 months ago, aside from Lahinch & Ballybunnion, which other UK & Ireland courses are highly rated?

                      in case you're still collecting UK ones - Harpenden GC has been created using Lidar (it's on wbond's list).

                      'v1' is the exact replica (there's another 'wouldn't it be great if...' version too called Open 2020 or similar).

                        I created North Hants, which is in Hampshire. In TGC 2019 it's called "North Hants UK (Lidar RCR)"
