  • I'm a Designer for Hire (Another one) :)

In case you haven't heard of me, I am Kent Shaffer (The Lidar King) and have designed 95 customer courses since the website went up in March of 2020.
You can check out the testimonials . There is no obligation to see if your course can be done. Go here and submit the course and I will let you know if it can be done or not.
Hopefully, I will see your course on my list!

    Cheers,

    Kent Shaffer (The Lidar King)

Unfortunately, I cannot downgrade the course Wbond.

I'm still trying to understand why you are developing for TGC2021? Or is it TGC? I didn't think others were interested in using a version different than TGC2019?

Believe it or not, I do have customers that do not use simulators! They are playing on PC, Xbox and PS4, which does utilize 2K21.

TheLidarKing - I understand that, but after reading some other posts about people with TGC2019 and buying 2K21 because the course designer (in 2K21) has additional objects in it that can be used in TGC2019. I still wonder than - what is this all about? Is there some way to just buy 2K21 and install it, then copy the new/updated objects over to the TGC2019 folders to use in TGC2019 Course Design, which will be saved/included in any new course you design - and also available for Sim play?

Or, is there any way to design in 2K21 and move it to TGC2019? Is the designer in 2K21 better, with many more objects than TGC2019?

Or is this all just a pipe dream?

I was born and raised in Richboro. Then I moved to Jamison and lived on the Bucks Club hence the reason I did that course. Now I am in Doylestown

You are stuck with the objects in TGC 2019 and cannot use the additional stuff in 2k21. I just had someone hit me up about that and noticed their home course was in 2k21 but not in tgc 2019. He is paying me to totally redesign the course in tgc 2019 so he can play it in the simulator. It sucks but it is reality. You cannot down grade a course.

TheLidarKing I just saw you recently published Serradella at Lakewood Shores, are you also doing "The Gailes" or "Blackshire" from there? Wonder why they requested this course as both of the others are significantly better than Serradella at this "resort". They have this little pitch and putt course called the Wee Links behind the housing lodge's, did they ask you to do that by any chance?

            The Lidar King is retiring!

Since I am retired now and relying on the income of the golf course creation. Course prices are going down!

            TGC 2019 Courses: $249.95
            GSPro: Staring at $795.00

Submit your site to see if it can be built for your sim.
