Tutorial 1: You need to download Lidar data in Canada area. Please refer to this tutorial. click here for details.
Tutorial 2(option): If there is no Classified Point Cloud Lidar data in your area, you may download DEM/DSM/DTM as well, so you need to convert them to LAS/LAZ format. Because Chad's tool only support las/laz. You can refer to this tutorial to convert DEM/DSM/DTM to LAS/LAZ. click here for details.
Tutorial 3: You need to spline everything in Open Street Map. You can refer to The Lidar King's YouTube Tutorial. click there for details.
Tutorial 4: Now, you have lidar data and OSM data, you almost have everything to create a real golf course. In this step you can refer two tutorials
