With pride and joy we are happy to announce we have just sent out the first few invites for the alpha of The Golf Club 2019, so quickly check your Private Messages.

We will start to send out more invitations each day, more every day.

Haven’t received an invite to the alpha yet? It’s on its way, so please wait patiently.

For those lucky players that already have there invitation, please share your experiences in this topic.

I'd like to say I took the day off, bought a new set of clubs, hung the "do not disturb" sign, warmed up my computer, did my warmup exercises, all in anticipation of an invite. But alas I didn't do any of those things. Just as well since I didn't get an invite anyway. Lol

Are there any courses that stand out from the pack in the video game version that should be played first?
I have tomorrow off and plan on playing until my back goes out most likely

I really liked the Bear Tracks Golf Club and Muir Woods Golf Club. Those were the more enjoyable courses I've played on in the TGC2019 (PS4) so far.

Cool, I'll give them a play when I get a chance. Are they RCR or fictional courses?

I think they're fictional, not 100% sure. They were part of the TGCTours.com tournament list, good place to discover new courses. Had to settle for this tour while my sim is in storage.
Definitely post your feedback on them.

I'm interested in the courses too, will we get the PGA courses, failing that can designers build on a base package of them? So many questions!

I don't think we are getting the official courses. They mentioned that another sim company had the PGA rights in a post a little while back.
From what I've been following over on the HB forums, most of the great ones have been ported over to 2019 though so that's good news. Even some of the fictional courses will now be playable with the new tee sets.
