How do I update to the latest version?

Ya I think I got it just went to my email and ran the .exe file again its downloading now 16 part download I am on 9 of 16 now

4.06 now. Sure would be nice to get notifications of updates along with release notes.

I updated to 4.06 today but can't really see and difference from 4.04. There could be stuff I don't notice "under the hood" perhaps.

Stupid question: how can I check which version of TGC I'm running?

Every other windows software puts it under "help... about", but I couldn't find it in TGC.

When you open up tgc think it says across the top

ya on mine i don't see what version i am running. I watch every screen and see no version listed all the way to home screen

Still haven’t gotten rid of the blue “Ready to Swing” in the middle of the screen. ;(

I’ve never seen software where you update and don’t know what enhancements or fixes it addresses. Is it difficult to let us know????

Out of curiousity, does hitting the recommended "C" key to remove/replace the flag in 2019 work for anybody? It doesn't on mine. Also hitting the E key while on the green, does it show you a different angle of the putt?

Well,, it looks like couple days after update 4.06 came out it was followed by 4.07. Still can't see any apparent differences. That doesn't mean changes weren't made, they just don't jump out at you.

....and the C key still does nothing... ;-)

how to you update the game or is it automatic? i noticed yesterday when i had the TGC Settings from desktop open it said 4.04. So clearly that's not up to date.

NetcheK so i ran exe installer and now have 4.0.6 so when will it tell me automatically to upgrade to 4.0.7? i restarted TGC interface and nothing popped up and i also started the game and nothing popped up.

When you run TGC console, a new line "Download v4.0.7" will appear in the interface (between "My Profile" and "Settings" if I rememberwell.

If you rerun the installer it also will update it too I think.

Installing v4.0.7 now. Does anyone have a link on what changes were made?

I didn't really see any changes when I went to 4.07. Of course there is a lot of stuff going on "under the hood" so to speak that we don't see, or need to see.

Was wondering if the low ball flight physics has been fixed. Part of me though doesn't mind seeing my poorly hit worm burners defy the laws of physics.
