Clean screen setup - Remove "Ready for swing"

I'm not sure if this workaround is already known, but I was happy to accidentally find it. Now it just me and the course.

Once the round started.

1) F10 (or on my laptop Fn + F10) to enter free camera mode
2) Esc to bring back the menu
3) Resume round

Now I use, the Q end E keys to setup each shot.

For the uninitiated, what do the Q and E keys do?

Q = Zoom in on landing area
E = Top down view of the hole with distances and elevation to fairway, pin, etc.

Hitting F10 on mine took everything away, minimap, distances, info on top right and could not get it back by clicking/unclicking the options. It sucked. I had to exit the game to bring it back.

Yes that's what happens, there's no going back from F10
