Gimmie strokes

Has anyone ever experienced tgc2019/skytrak adding strokes to a guest on gimmie. For example on the green Grimmie giving me one stroke inside ten ft and my guest 2 strokes inside ten ft. Handicap turned off and handicap index the same.

Yes, and if I recall it was on the first hole. No particular reason but I have noticed it. It was not due the gimme settings off the green but just a random added stroke. This is where I remind them it is a video game converted into sim for us. And, I am on GC2 so it is a software issue not hardware related.
