TGC 2019 License Key????

Hey Everyone,

Purchased TGC2019 over a week ago. Installed everything no problems there. However, upon registering they say they will send a “LICENSE KEY” within 24 hrs so we can activate and play. They have not sent anything and we call and leave messages send emails…. no response…. Pretty dissatisfied with the service considering I just dropped $1000 on this and they do not respond. Could anyone out there help find a way to get a hold of these guys? I just want to play Sawgrass with my guests before they go home Monday. Thanks for the help!!

I have had no issues with help although they are usually sleeping when I'm awake and vice versa.

Strange they say there’s no open tickets and you’re posting negative posts about customer service where everyone here has experienced good customer service. Not sure I’m buying this.
