More often then not when I start the interface the vertical launch angle camera is not recognized and no camera is displayed. The Firefly software shows it when ever I bring the software up. The horizontal launch angle camera is always displayed in the interface without issue. I have disabled the computers ability to shut off the USB port in the three locations I'm aware of but I still have the issue.
I can often get the camera recognized by the interface by turning the interface off and unplugging and reinserting the cameras USB connector and/or restarting the computer. Unfortunately. the interface looses the vertical camera connection during play.
Since the Firefly software has no issue recognizing and displaying the vertical camera, I would say there is no hardware issue with the vertical camera. So, anyone else have this issue and have a solution?
