Anyone in the States interested in turning their high-end garage sim into passive income? Head into 2023 with line of sight on how to pay for a new set of clubs, a nice golf getaway, maybe both?
We’ve started a high-end sim sharing club – Neighborhood National. NN No. 1 running in Greensboro, NC with 18 members coming/going on their own out of a garage using a GCQuad as much as they want for the last +6 months. NN No. 2 set to startup in Raleigh next week with a GC3 build in spare space above a garage.
Looking for a few folks with current setups interested in passive income and OK to share with the neighborhood to come on board and help us scale. Willing to support at no cost in return spanning insurance guidance (we had a special policy created just for this) and covering costs across marketing, member management, tee time booking, dues collection, etc.
Message me if interested in learning more. Foresight garage installs are convenient to start but not required. Does need to be a high-end set up (GC3 and up) with enclosure, projector, etc.
GSF_Admin thank you for the prior advice and help in getting this to the correct thread!
