I am currently in the process of moving into a new house and won't be a able to get the simulator set up for at least a year. Ideally I would like to sell the entire setup together. there will be some transfer fees with the gc2 and some with the protee software. my set up is as follows
BenQ 9H.JE177.13A MX631ST Projector (short throw works perfectly audio is better quality than I expected.)
3200 ANSI Lumens; 13,000:1 Contrast Ratio

BenQ 5J.J4N10.001 Universal Ceiling Mount (box pictured w all acc)
Exclusive Pro Hitting Golf Mat 5' x 5' - 2 Inches Thick x2 I have two they are very nice and dense I'm left-handed my brother is right so i needed two.
Carl's Golf Simulator Impact Screen 10x10. screen has no crazy marks of rips in it. shows a nice picture is dead silent when a ball hits it. finished edges with grommets so mounting is easy with no fear of tears.
Dura-Pro 10'(d) x 10'(h) x10'(w) Golf Cage Golf Net With High Velocity Strong Impact Netting, High Impact Double Back Stop. ill send the netting the black out cloth and the elbows all you need is emt to complete. cage is super solid double back stop so if by some weird physical abnormality you can hit a golf ball 300 mph it has to go through the screen then two layers of impact netting.
protee 2.o and tgc license. (have to email pro-tee to transfer but shouldn't be a problem).
gc2a serial number A1234 it has been serviced by foresight 2 years ago new flash plus i have 2 extra. the battery does hold a charge but goes dead fairly quickly. most battery places can make that battery for like less than $60. have the box disc all acc for the gc2. (i believe the transfer fee is like $500) but I don't see it needing any service as its just been done.
xidax custom pc specs as follows i had the pc built so i never had to worry about expandability (fully transferable lifetime warranty on everything they will also upgrade labor free if you send it in should you ever want to add more.
