Hello! I built an ad hoc golf simulator in January 2022, used it sporadically for 2 months, then sold the house and it's been stored ever since! Here is what I have, and what I paid (CAD):
Skytrak - $2,700+HST
Skytrak Case - $200+HST
Net Return Pro - $1300+HST (V2, 7'6" tall, 8' wide)
Net Return Side Barriers - $365+HST
Net Guardian - $130+HST
EZTEE Hybrid Matt - $510+HST (1 1/8" Hybrid Hitting Surface, size 6'x5', holds a real tee)
Synthetic Turf - $750+HST (0.5" pile height, 15'x8', used below hitting mat/Net)
TGC 2019 Software - $1,070+HST (one time fee paid, 1 time transfer allowed, annual fee required)
Taxes in ran about $7,940 CAD. All equipment is in great shape, barely used. I am looking for $4,000 CAD for the package. Ideally I would not like to split this up. I am not selling a gaming computer or a monitor/screen or projector.
Photo is attached (excuse the mess, and the kid, it's the picture I could find). Not pictured in photo is the net guardian, the 15'x8' synthetic turf base, and the Skytrak (and software obviously).
