flightscope mevo plus camera problem.

I recently bought a flashscope mevo+. The setting is all set up, so it's connected well with the cell phone, but the alignment camera doesn't work. If you try to catch the alignment section, it's marked with a black screen, so you can't see anything.How do you solve a problem like this? The update was completed yesterday. Please help me.
