Not sure where else to put this. Was practicing pitching wedges yesterday, trying to get my game back in shape as I have been so lousy lately. Usually when I practice I set up to a hole with a pin at the yardage I want vs. just using the driving range. Wanted a 110ish hole so went with Linfield National 7th hole with the forward tees. 108 yards to the pin in the front.
Was about the 13th shot in the session, boom went in. Was my first hole out on the sim. Was happy but not too overjoyed knowing its a simulator and all and I don't have any real life aces and was only 108 yards. Literally two shots later, BOOM another one drained. Shot was almost exactly like the first, only difference i dropped it a little closer to the pin it hit the stick and back of the cup and dropped in. I was actually more excited on the second one knowing how rare and how close together they were.
I am a crappy golfer BTW. 25-30 handicap. Oh and even more crazy five shots after the second I almost put a third in. Rolled right past the cup, maybe 2 inches to the left. I have video saved of all three shots. Anyways back to your original programming.
GCQuad FTW. Now if I can only translate these practice sessions to the real course.
