I bought a broken (shanked) GC2 off eBay, serial A11xxx The top of the unit looks like it took a direct hit. The Bluetooth board is broken, and the IR window smashed and the top of casing is missing.
I found the issue was a dislodged ribbon cable. The unit is now working (recognises the ball in the left and right areas), but I think it needs a Foresight recalibration. It's missing some shots.
Ive been trying to find a scrap gc2 so I swap the front cover and IR window and possibly Bluetooth board. Not found one yet.
I'll probably sell the GC2 as is in October, but I'm struggling to put a value on it. Can you give me an idea of what it worth.
Note- usb is working fine, and I can play GSPro.
