    Planning my first build

    Good Afternoon Everyone,

I've been a long time lurker of this forum and now I'm finally ready to plan a build for my new apartment after countless hours of begging my GF. I have a lot of ideas in mind and I'm looking for any input you're able to provide. So far I have this is mind.

    1. Golf Sim- Skytrak with TGC. I was considering splurging on a Used GC2, but I think that's a later purchase for when I already have the major components bought.

    2. Netting/Impact Screen- I'm highly considering the Homecourse Setup. It's a tad on the pricey end, but overall looks like a solid product and easy to store away. Anyone have one currently?

    3. Hitting Mat- Still deciding on mats. I've seen a lot of good ones, but I'm really looking for something I can have my lefty buddies hack away also without terrible inconvenience. I've seen some people use some interesting things to help with transitioning from lefty and righty hitters with the Skytrak.

    4. Computer: I already have a beastly gaming PC and also a really beefy Surface Book 2 that can run TGC with ease.

    5. Projector: No idea what to consider for this. I know 100% I don't plan on hanging it and I also don't want to go overkill.

    6. Ceiling height- Being a 6'5 I feel like 10ft is ideal which my apartment is close to or around that. Any other tall golfers out there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know some of this info is already on the forums, but would love some updated feedback and people with experience with a similar setup.

    Thanks,
    Josh
