Building New House - Advice for Basement Simulator

We are in the process of building our house. We will be getting the basement finished, here is the blue print: https://imgur.com/Hb1qlTq

The red highlighted part is my planned projection screen area. The ceilings are 11' but after it's finished it will be 10' 9.5"

I plan on getting the Uneekor QED. I am placing an outlet on the ceiling so I can plug in the launch monitor and the projector. I have a 'few' questions:

In addition to golfing, I like to play games on my PC, and plan on getting a 4k projector. I've been eyeing: https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-Entertai...07Y2N2MBL?th=1
1. According to this calculator: https://www.projectorcentral.com/Ben...r-pro.htm#calc I need to be 17' 8" away to fill the 13' 10" width, which at 16:9 would be 7' 9" high - does this seem like a good idea? If so, would you place the screen in the middle, top or bottom of the wall?
2. Any other 4k projector suggestions? Something with a low response time would be ideal. Are there quality short-throw 4k projectors out there?
Keeping the projector and the fact that I plan on getting the Uneekor QED in mind, how far back would you recommend the tee be placed? I feel like 13' 10" width is good enough if I am centered in that hallway bit, but I'm 6'2", so I have concerns of hitting the side of the wall. I'd also like to be as fully immersed as possible, but I don't want to put myself or my friends in danger. Is it possible for the projector to be behind the QED? If so, I'm assuming it would have to be lowered a bit and not placed right on the ceiling.
Finally, how far back from the wall would you recommend the ceiling outlet?
Any other suggestions before I start buying things?

EDIT: Another couple things I thought of, since the QED uses ethernet to connect to the PC, I'm assuming it would be worth running an ethernet line from the ceiling outlet area, to where my PC will be (correct me if there's a better way). Assuming this is the case, since my PC will be hooked up to the internet using ethernet, I'm assuming I'll need another network card?
