New home build and need help optimizing setup for dual purpose Golf Sim/Home Theater. Room is on far left and 14x20 with a bump out that adds couple feet. I have JVC-X570R in current home with 120" on wall fixed screen. I would love one projector that works for both and the Benq LK936st looks the part. The only concern is the manual lens focus and zoom. It says there is ability for digital shrinking of image but dont see any reviews or videos showing that. I am looking at the par2pro retractable screen. Then my thought is to build false wall and put my current speaker setup behind a fixed acoustic screen vs switching to in wall speakers. I think I saw they go up to 165" on amazon. I dont want ceiling speakers. I also found a 39" projector slide that can be used to adjust the size of image if needed. The Benq will be issue with the manual focus unless I can keep focus same and use the digital shrink. So maybe a 165" home theater image and switch to 10'-13' impact screen image.
