Beginner Questions new build on smaller room

    Hey everyone!
After years of not getting the idea of a own sim out of my head (and ofcourse some negotiations with my wife) I´m finally on the go to realize my first own, little simulator.
On my research I thankfully found this awesome forum which helped a lot!
But some questions I do have are still not finally answered why I´m hoping to find some help from the community!

Since I live in Austria with long, cold winters I do have a months long forced break from golf which I don´t want to take anymore.

    First things first: the space:
I´m planning to realize my simulator in a shed connected to my carport. Electrical Wiring aswell as Network connectivity is already given.

The dimensions of this space are:
    Length: 15ft
    Width: 10,5ft
    Height: 9ft

Since I´m planning to also create a small sitting area aswell as a dedicated place for hardware (e.g. PC) I was thinking on determine the "real sim length" to 11,5ft.

I understand that the Height and also the Width could be somehow limiting but since the only users of the sim will be me and my wife with being pretty short (max. 5,5ft) I think we can get away with that.

On Launch Monitor site I´m currently planning with the new Skytrak+ (if the reviews will be positive) and E6 as sim software.

    My questions currently are:
    1) Given that space I understand that this is more on the lower end on usual requirements so:
1a) Does a full sim (enclosure + impact screen) still make sense here or should I go with a net + monitor?
1b) Given the short width I will most likely not be dead center to the screen but on my research I found that I should be able to set a offset on skytrak software itself aswell as e6 connect - are there any downsides I may miss?
    2) On my research I found very strong recommendations for Carls Place but unfortunately I do life in europe and shipping could be a (expensive) problem does anybody have a recommendation for a shop simmiliar to carls for europe (same for other accessories like mats etc)?

My goal primary is just to be able to hit some balls in winter months and I also hope to improve my game with this investment.

Thank you very much for your input and please excuse me for possibly bad englisch since I´m not a native speaker!
Please let me know if I should share some additional informations on my project.

    Best Regards from Austria
