Is there a way to use cameras when the computer is elsewhere?
My sim is in the garage with a gaming desktop in my office. The sim is powered by a BLP. I remote into the desktop over wifi with Moonlight on a Firestick 4k Max plugged into my projector with the desktop running Sunshine and also running either the sim software or FSX Pro / FSX Play.
I am dramatically improving the lighting in my garage (using the Gung Ho suggestions) and would like to set up USB cameras (e.g., Kayeton) but don't have anything to hook them up to in the garage. Presumably I could bring a laptop or iPad to the garage and just record my swing that way but is there a way to integrate it with the desktop software? Note that I can't directly extend the USB cables back to my office or I would just do that and that I don't have a gaming laptop.
If anyone else has solved this, it would be great to know what you do.
