Optishot Swing Pas

Hello .. I am new to this group and hopeful someone here may be able to help. I recently purchased an Optishot2 system from someone online and when I was setting up I realized that the swing pad lights would not come on. I have tried uninstalling USB in desk manager , purchased a new USB cable, even purchased a new computer ( was originally using MAC BOOK). Next step I was going to take to a local electronics company but thought I would check out here first to see if anyone has any thoughts or ideas. TIA

Have you tried the diagnostic program from Optishot? It is a very simple program, that attempts to test all of the IR sensors. It might not do anything if you get no lights at all when in the main software. Outside of the software it doesnt light up normally.
