Toe hits

I'm having trouble with the Optishot reading toe hits on obvious center hits. It also does not read heel hits unless it is an extreme heel where I would actually be missing the ball. I have tried many different things including:
Calibrating with, led light, fluorescent light, light from projector only, indirect fluorescent light and no light.
I have calibrated swiping club across with the toe instead of center and heel instead of center.
I've calibrated outside in and inside out. Nothing changes. All still show center hits as toe hits. I've also tried the sensor test and all sensors are good. All of my clubs are taped also. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Good question. I don't know the answer to that. I will have to check and see later. I tried a couple of other things after posting. I realized I had the ball set to foam during calibration and then after when I was swinging without a ball. So I changed the ball to No Ball and re-calibrated but it didn't make a difference. I also tried some different taping of the club without any better results. I did also send an email to Optishot. Awaiting a response. I may go purchase a desk lamp with CFL bulb and try that above the sensors. I can get that pretty cheap but I'm really starting to think its a swing pad issue.

Update on a few more things I've tried. I cleaned the sensors with compressed air, adjusted the hitting mat. It wasn't quite lined up correctly. Trimmed some stray turf around the sensors. Tried different lighting. CFL bulb. I also tried taking tape off the irons. I still get the same results. Center hits are reading toe and nothing reads heel. I did find if I move the ball off the mark about an inch father away center hits register better. So that could be a work around. Forgot to try putter to see what it does but will do that and still haven't gotten a response from Optishot.
