Hello everyone. I am looking to build my first golf simulator and this forum has already helped a bunch.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience in setting up a ProTee system within a full enclosure? I am looking at a commercial grade build for lefties and righties. That being said, I would need a fully enclosed standalone structure to avoid any accidents. I was thinking a Carl's Simulator Enclosure kit at 13*10*10 depth.
My question is, how would you mount the lighting system, projector, sensors, etc to an enclosure like this? Does anyone have any experience doing this? The projector mount I suppose I can just cut a hole for the mount or just mount at the very end of the 10 feet. My bigger concern is actually the lighting system. How do you get that within the enclosure? Maybe mount outside and just go with heavy netting on the top?
I was thinking that the actual hitting sensor would be approximately 8 feet away from the screen so that's where the first light would need to go. Putting sensor light closer in. Nothing set in stone yet though.
Thanks in advance for the help!
