trying to get rid of my old network settings as it won't connect (changed houses and routers) . however I can't get it to reset by the paper clip. so... the only way I can use my SkyTrak is to turn off my router each time which is annoying. support didn't help at all just kept saying hold in a paperclip. in searching the google machine I see others with the same problem. is there a different way to clear or change the network settings if the paperclip does not reset them? I'm getting super frustrated... thanks
