    Problem:
    Anyway, so the “Game improvement Plan” works now on my tablet but I’m still not able to find the historic data under “MY Profile” in my Skygolf 360 account! And historic data locally in the tablet also deleted each time I turn on the tablet. I have never been able to sync from SkyTrak app on tablet to the Skygolf 360 account.

    On the tablet SkyGolf360 (SG360) tile tell me to “ACCES YOUR ACCONTON THE WEB” and having a green check mark on “Data synced” above it. Internet is connected and unfortunately nothing happens when I touch for access my SG360 account directly from my tablet. The tablet connected to Wi-Fi and 4G mobile. Logging into my SG360 account from an internet browser and there is no synced data to be found!

    Please help regarding how to find my historic data?

    When I bought the SkyTrak it may happen that I registered me on the EU site and registered a new account with same email later when I tried to activate the “Game improvement Plan”.

    If my problem is related to duplicated accounts, please help regarding find and delete the duplicate ore how to find and log into the original account?
