starting Skytrak

Does anybody else have this issue where when starting Skytrak, it takes forever to get through the "logging in" screen? It used to be very quick, but a few updates ago it started to lag like this. I use USB connection btw. I also setup several subusers to my Master account and none of them appear to be working tonight. I will click on the subuser and type in the password, but then the program goes into a "Not Responding" mode and locks up. I searched around and other users seemed to have the logging in slowness issue earlier this year, but I didn't see if there was a specific solution.

*edit - actually it's only one of the subusers that causes the skytrak program to freeze.
