  • Sudden Issue with CG3D & SkyTrak

    I've been using ST & CG3D for a couple of years - no issues.
    Suddenly, when opening CG3D, it tells me ST license needs to be synchronized, and to go into the ST profile, and wait until it is.....

    I E-Mailed, CG3D, and they basically told me to be sure all the product licenses were active........duh.

    Anyway - I re-installed CG3D, tried a hard reset on ST - no change.

    ST is working fine by itself......

    Anyone have any thoughts on this issue?

    Here is CG3D's reply:

    We (Creative Golf creator) don't have access to SkyTrak eshop orders and
    license server flags.
    So we can provide only limited help. There could be various issues like:
    - your Game improvement subscription expired (if so then there is zero
    at Course Play row in SkyTrak Info in software)
    - your Creative Golf or Golfisimo subscription expired (there will be
    zero at row which are connected to this products in SkyTrak Info)
    - your bought something recently and SkyTrak license server was not
    updated yet, or there is some error on updating flags on server
    - etc.​
