SkyTrak wouldn’t power on for a day and now it reads low.

A week ago I took the SkyTrak off the charger and it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe I didn’t charge it properly and so plugged it back in - charging light comes on and turns off a couple minutes later (implying a full charge), but no matter how many times I tried to power it on, it wouldn’t. A day later it turned on, but I noticed all my yardages were 20% yards short.

I swing my 7 iron 90-92 mph on average and usually see 160-170 yards (185 on my best try-hard swings) of carry (prior to issue on both SkyTrak and outdoors). Now I can’t even crack 150 swinging as hard as I can and typically see 130 or so on my normal swing.

I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a change in my swing so I took it to a covered/shaded range close by and sure enough my ball was landing between the 150 yard and 175 yard flags but showing way short on the SkyTrak. I’m seeing 110mph ball speeds showing 145 yards on my best hits with 92mph calculated club speeds. I was around 115-120mph BS at 90mph CHS prior and now I’m seeing 100-105 ball speeds.

It’s even worse with E6 where I can’t even get over 120 with my 7.

I’ve already talked to SkyTrak and they want me to send it in which will cost money as it’s outside of warranty, but before that, has anyone seen similar issues and more importantly fixed the issue?
