How to upgrade free mevo plus license on ipad?

I’ve got my new mevo plus working with the included license and 6 courses. Can someone tell me what steps I go through to upgrade to a basic subscription ($300) for use on my iPad? The instructions on the e6 portal say to purchase via the app but the cart icon in the app just shows “in-app purchases coming soon”. So I can’t find any way to do this in either the app or the portal

It really shouldn’t be this hard!
