  • TGC Error Message Help

    Trying to get TGC working for the first time.
    Can anybody help me through this?
    So I entered my License Key, Activated.
    Connected Box, Check.
    Hit the Play Game button and I get this message.

    "Alert, ProTee SDK not connected or not started. Please start the ProTee SDK to continue, or you may exit the game."

    Has anyone else experienced this, and what am I doing wrong.

    Ive done multiple restarts and it always gets stuck in the same place.

      We have send you many emails via our helpdesk. We have send you emails and replies via this forum. We have send you several private messages on this forum. We offered you a remote support session this saturday to help you. You do not reply to ANY of our messages. I'm sorry but if you do not respond, then we can not help you. Check your SPAM email folders. This is our last reply.

        ProTee United im getting the same issue. I've raised a support ticket with you and will wait to hear from you. I have been checking my junk as well as im only going to be up for another hour as its 11pm here.

          Helpdesk responded about 2 hours ago with a new license key.

            If you did not receive the email try to login to the helpdesk. You can see your tickets there.
