Watching Kinovea videos

New to Kinovea and struggling to send and watch the videos outside the program itself. What do y'all use to watch the kinovea swing videos? I want to send to online instructors. Do i need to change a setting or file format for saving? They seem to be in MP4 but none of my windows media players can play them. Is everyone downloading a third party MP4 player?
