Computer spec check for TGC + Skytrak

I'm wondering if this computer will be enough for TGC + Skytrak. It's a salvage from work that randomly shuts down but I've found a BIOS fix (hopefully) for that. I will need to purchase a graphics card to run TGC but I will be waiting until Cyber Monday or Boxing Day -> GTX1060?
