What does everyone use for their ceilings?

I'm building a bay for commercial use and I've seen many out there with this net that has hanging fabric baffles on it. Does anyone know where to buy something like that and how to do the rigging on it? Other suggestions that look slicker than just a tarp or a hanging net?
