I ordered a Par2Pro screen 120" x120" it got here quickly, and it looks like a great screen, but while I was hanging it I realized there had been a mix up in the order and they'd sent me a different screen that the one I'd ordered. I gave them a call and they jumped through hoops to get me the correct one, and get it to me fast. I thought the person who handled my issue went above and beyond getting it straightened out, I was impressed as hell.
