Dual use golf sim/racquetball court?

Has anyone built a dual use golf simulator/racquetball court? I know my current spot isn't ideal for long term use, so I was thinking about building a racquetball court next summer. Luckily I have plenty of room on my property. I think the biggest challenge would be having a method to quickly convert between court and sim, although I think this is solvable.
