  • Is a pressure mat / force plate a good addition to a sim build?

After the last 3 months of using my new SIM I have made a lot of improvements. However, even though I have DTL and FO cameras set up to watch my swing; I am wondering now about a sensor mat to show my weight shift throughout my swing as well. (Sometimes I compress a 7i to 18deg 195yds but mostly at 25deg 160yds...I would love somewhere closer to 180)

So, would something like the Boditrak pressure plate be beneficial to someone who is already making good improvements, but occasionally gets stuck at times with the natural weight shift/flow seemingly?

I don't want to go overboard, but I don't want to miss out on something that might show me something obvious that I'm not seeing/feeling on my own when I know I can do better.

Thanks in advance, and I'd love to hear all of your feedback; especially if you have used a sensor mat and how it did or didn't help you in the end.
