Hey guys I was planning on building my own hitting Matt so I got a piece of turf I was thinking of using half inch foam exercise mats and glueing them to the turf so I would glue two mats together and then glue that to the turf so it sits about an inch .3 high
My question is are the mats a good way to go about doing this call and I am using a skytrak my plan was to put a divotaction insert in the mat then cout out a section so I can place my skyTrack on the floor so my mat would be cut out allowing me to do this is this a good idea
Lastly I am told wedge shots may hit the roof my plan was to have another hitting strip closer to the net and then cutting out another spot for my sky track so I can just move as required keep in mind this would be for range mode not playing sim
One last question sorry guys if I have a Divet action hitting strip and I want to put in a smaller piece of hitting strip is that possible I’m assuming it’s not as I’m not sure how the piece would stay in place if the holes too big I’m asking this as I wanted to test a divotaction and also a fiberbuilt
