It wasn't very difficult to make this box set up. Seeing as the cut's were all straight the guy at the hardware store cut them to my measurement's. Once home I pre-drilled all the screw holes and assembled it. The putting area is a separate box, I attached them with a screw beneath the turf. I had to cut a small area out of the big box to have the turf run seamlessly across. I have two layers of 1" styrofoam beneath the 1.5" turf. The particleboard is 5/8" thick, the walls are 4" in height and is 8'x3' plus the putting area. The final touch was to spray paint the boxes green before the final assembly. Also on each corner I drilled brackets into the concrete to hold the stance mat in place for zero movement when swinging the club's.
