Projector Debate

I know this is completely opinion based but my budget is in the $1k or less category. I have read a lot and googled a lot and heard Optoma EH200ST but now I have seen Optoma EH412ST and recently read on here about Benq. I will be having the projector on the ground.

Can anyone help with some input? I am waiting to order because I do not want to make the wrong decision
