I am putting in a new sim and the screen is going to be around 15’4” wide. Since I have over 12’ of ceiling height, I figured a 16:10 aspect ratio would be best to get a 9’7” tall screen (instead of 8’5” at 16:9). I was thinking of something like the LK936ST or the TK700STI, but is there a better 4K option that is native 16:10 resolution? Does that even matter if I used my nVidia settings to set a custom resolution?
The room will have blackout blinds to control ambient light pretty well. I would like to be able to watch movies and let the kids play video games on the screen as well, which is why 16:9 native might be favorable.
