UPDATE: Sorry, this includes the PIP (needed for simulation) until 10/2/2017, not the GIP 
I am selling my SkyTrak + PIP + The Golf Club Simulator lifetime ownership (not annual membership)
The only way to include TGC is by selling the SkyTrak, and handing over my account to you, which is fine with me, and will save you $1k from not having to buy TGC. SkyTrak tells me there's no way to transfer the simulator software, which is total horseshit, but I digress...
The SkyTrak was used probably 10 times, always indoors, never hit or hurt in any way, and put away in the packaging when finished. The PIP expires 10/2/2017, and like mentioned previously, TGC is the lifetime owned version, not the annual fee version.
Handing over the account is actually easier than dealing with a unit license transfer. I simply update the login/password to your chosen info after purchase, and you can immediately login and start playing after downloading the software (and receiving the hardware obviously).
Retail Prices:
SkyTrak - $1700 (for certified preowned), $1995 (new)
PIP - $199.95/year
The Golf Club Simulator - $995
Total - $2,894.25 on the low end
I'm looking to get $2500 out of it all, free shipping via Priority Mail.
It includes the SkyTrak, USB cable, original box/manual, and all the software mentioned above.
