Selling Everything Need Advice

Hi,
Unfortunately I am separated from my wife and lost visitation rights to my simulator and am going to sell everything off. I only got 3 months use so everything is like brand new.
I live in Ontario Canada and wanted to know where might be the best place to list it for sale, and am I better to sell it all as a package or as individual pieces.
Also can the Skytrak basic range licence (the one that allows it to be coupled with TGC) and the TGC software be sold and transferred to another user.
When not using EBAY are most deals done in person due to shipping etc. I am selling the following Skytrak, Full Metal Jacket protective case, 6x6 country club mat, Both skytrak range and TGC licence, top of the line Dell gaming computer.
Any input on what I should be asking and where I should list it would be appreciated.

Can you provide specs on the computer? I also may be interested in the ST and TGC as well. What are you looking to get out of it?
