  • Flightscope X2 with E6 Simulator Software

    Hi friends,

I had listed this unit before and had a great amount of interest but I was in Asia so logistics would have been a nightmare. The unit has been sitting in my office for the most part with very little use. I was hoping to build a sim but daughter moved back in with us for a while. She's moved out again and I'm hoping to build that sim. This is what I wrote before:

"Just wanted to put this out there to see whether there's any interest. I purchased this unit with E6 Software about 2 months ago but have only used it about 4 times (never installed the software). Picked it up from someone else who also had for about a year but barely used it.

It includes all accessories and even IPad bracket. Brand new batteries, etc. "

I'm also interested in picking up a Trackman 4, GCQuad with FSX2018, or GC2 with FSX. If you're interested, please make me an offer. I have something in the neighborhood of $5,000 in mind.

    Thanks,

    Cris

Have you used this in short indoor mode. I’m a little short on space but am curious what your experience has been.

Thanks for your question. Actually, I mostly used it in short indoor mode around 2 years ago when my driving range was undergoing some renovations. I never used the simulation aspect.

Now that you mention it, that’s when I was playing my absolute best for some reason. I built a small indoor studio and was using this X2 with the VX app and some cheap cameras with Kinovea. I did block practice around 3 times a week. Then used the skills app for random practice 2 times a week or so. I was playing the best golf of my life.

Any and all offers welcome. I'm leaving again in less than a week and would like to sell before that.

Any reason why you would want a gc2 over this?

I’m a little confused. Your first post said that you got it 2 months ago and used it 4 times. Then later you said you say you were using it three times a week two years ago. Were you trying to sell it 2 years ago?

Did you read the OP? That's exactly what it says. I listed when I first got it but had to leave so took the post down. Used it for a bit and now I'm listing it again.

My apologies. If I were selling something I would not have made my first post with a 2 year old description. I incorrectly assumed that you were in Asia for a trip and that logistics were a problem for a matter of weeks and not years. I did not search for a 2 year old post to figure out the situation. Good luck with your sale.

Whatever is in quotes is the 2 year old post that I was referencing. I'm not sure what creates the confusion. However you make your sales description is your prerogative. Thanks for your well wishes.

Because, to my surprise, FSX 2018 offers my literal home course as one of the options. I was set on buying a TM4 but I'm in the process of buying a GCQuad instead. I may still pick up a TM4 later. I owned a GC2 before but gave it away after a bad experience with Foresight's customer service. But being able to actually play my home course and practice ad infinitum is amazing.

I’d like to send you an offer in a PM but for some reason I don’t have that as an option. I bought a protee on here but have not been too pumped about it. Can you PM me or email me? Scotty.elder@gmail.com
